Refund policy

Return policies:

All purchases are final sale. We cannot provide a full refund for used products or after making a purchase. We do not offer returns, but we do offer exchanges for unopened and unused products. However, we are unable to exchange or refund lash adhesives and tweezers due to sanitary reasons.

You are welcome to exchange any unwanted and unused items in their original packaging within 14 days of receiving them.

Please note that the customer is solely responsible for any and all return fees.
